A note from our founder
I’ve learned that being an “entrepreneur” doesn’t mean you’re doing it on your own. For the first few years I tried and I struggled. I questioned myself on a daily basis. I was easily distracted because the distractions were a break from the challenges I was facing.
Many of the successful business owners I surround myself with are in a Forum of some sort. They have each praised their Forum as a resource for business growth and support. I became curious as to why these Forums were so impactful and studied their structure. Then, I searched for a Forum I could join, but found I wasn’t able to meet their revenue requirements. So, in January 2019 I launched my own!
In just 6 months the results have been incredible for each of us! We each have clarity about the path to growth in our business and confidence to take the necessary actions.
I would listen to podcasts about other business owners who were crushing it, or see them on social media… and it left me feeling incapable. I would fake my confidence, until I couldn’t fake it anymore. I wasn’t ready to give up, but something had to change.

My Forum members are like my business family. We collaborate within a sacred space to fuel each other’s growth. We listen to each other’s challenges and provide a new perspective that leaves each of us feeling more connected and empowered. Best of all, we have a blast together!
If you’re a business owner, I want you to know that you’re not alone. Being part of this Forum has allowed me to see that we’re all struggling with the same challenges. I’ve designed the Forum to provide the support and expertise each of us needs to take our business to the next level. Most importantly, it’s affordable for the business owners who aren’t at that level yet.
There really is power in numbers and the Powerful Partners Forum is proof. Come join us. Your business family is waiting for you.
Meet our Incredible Team
Megan Wessels’s passion and purpose is providing a platform for women business owners to authentically connect and take their business to the next level. For the past 4+ years she has been building her business with this goal in mind.
It began with the first Dinner Party in 2015 where she saw the power of authentic human connection. She created a space where women know they will not be judged and are willing to share the real stories about their journey that led them to where they are today. The Powerful Partners Dinner Party has become a coveted experience among women in Chicago and often sells out in less than 30 minutes.
In 2018 Megan gathered 30 women from her network together for an amazing brunch and asked the tough questions like, “What’s one thing that keeps you up at night right now in your business?” Nearly all of the women said business growth and revenue generation.
After building her own Personal Advisory Board of successful business owners, she set out to create a solution that feeds her passion and purpose. The Powerful Partners Forum was born and expanding quickly to serve the women solo business owners who feel isolated and struggling to grow their business.
Megan’s has a unique brilliance for connecting the right people. It’s this piece that makes her Forum and Dinner Parties so powerful… knowing you are in a room with people who are going to have an impact on you.
She honed these skills as Chicago Chapter President for the National Association of Professional Women where she led an executive board of 15 and a chapter of over 1400 professional women to raise $18,000 for local charities. Her success was recognized by NAPW both in 2013 when she was presented with the Charity Award and in 2016 when she was granted the Woman of Achievement Award.
Megan has accomplished over 10 years of mindset work through programs like Landmark Worldwide where she completed the Curriculum for Living and the Communication track. She has attended 4 live Tony Robbins events and is a proud Firewalker!

Hope understands what it is like to struggle with the day-to-day operations of creating and growing a successful on-line business (including all of those “pesky” technical tasks). She is affectionately known as the “girl who gets things done” – and that is where she finds true enjoyment. Understanding the process that starts with “ideas” and ends with “completion.” Hope’s real talents lie in the “in between” process – that requires the ability to organize and implement strategies based on client needs. Hope has a unique ability to understand the whole picture, break it down, create and refine a process that becomes an efficient means of implementation. Hope lives in rural Montana and enjoys bourbon and being out of doors.
